MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO

Hey, I'm Dr. Gabrielle!

Dr. Gabrielle Clark, Board-Certified Podiatrist and Foot & Ankle Surgeon, founded SoHot with one mission: to merge science with movement. A surgeon, movement specialist, and lifelong wellness enthusiast, she brings a strong foundation in Kinesiology, anatomy, and biomechanics to every aspect of the studio.

By integrating infrared heat therapy with yoga, barre, Pilates, and bounce, Dr. Clark designed SoHot as a space where every body can move confidently, recover deeply, and feel empowered. Her passion for fitness and healing drives SoHot’s commitment to strength, balance, and transformation

A New Orleans native and Director of Operations at SoHot Nola, Ceion is passionate about creating wellness spaces that feel welcoming, inspiring, and full of heart.

Her leadership blends movement, mindfulness, and empowerment to create transformative wellness experiences. She’s committed to helping the community show up as their best selves, one class at a time.

We practice the Hot Bounce Method™to help you achieve your fitness goals through high energy movement in a heated studio environment, designed to support strength, endurance, and full body conditioning.

*Members can stream SoHot workout videos anytime, anywhere, with on demand access to select classes and exclusive member only sessions.

Hot Bounce Method™

The Hot Bounce Method™ is a high-energy infrared fitness experience combining dance cardio, lower-body sculpting, and New Orleans–inspired twerk dance movement. Participants may receive in-house wellness counseling related to fitness participation, including movement guidance, lifestyle support, and general fitness education.

SoHot also provides non-medical health assessment services connected to the Hot Bounce Method™, including basic wellness check-ins, body-awareness guidance, and fitness readiness support.
